FlamShort respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. Filing a DMCA Notice

Counter-Notification
If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our DMCA agent. Your counter-notification must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the content that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the content appeared before it was removed or disabled
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification
Repeat Infringers
We may terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers of copyright or other intellectual property rights.

We may update this DMCA Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new DMCA Policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.
